There were times when I thought I might not do it, but I finally completed #C25K this week! When I started and was only running 1minute at a time I never thought I'd be able to do 30.... but I did! The app is brilliant and a real inspiration... to all those still going... if I can do it, and I am definitely not a natural runner, then you can too! It's a great feeling 😄
