Reoccurrence of the achy hip that got me in Feb has slowed progress again, but a couple of extra days off & I was flying today for W9R2.

Well done you and good luck for your graduation run. Look after that achey hip. Mine has been playing up since last August ( HM really killed it) and despite 3 months of no running with a virus, countless sports massages, chiropractic sessions, foam roller sessions, Pilates, lots of Deep Heat, Epsom salt baths ...... I still am having problems with it. Don’t neglect a niggle- your body is telling you something .
