Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

W5R2 is sixteen minutes of running split by a five minute brisk walking interval.....total twentyone minutes!

There is no big step.

This breakdown may help put it into perspective healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

I completed this the other day and couldn't believe I did it. The training certainly gets you ready as when I started week one I never dreamt I'd go for 20 mins.. Enjoy it and I wish you all the best.. #youcandoit. X

Hey how did you get on? I ran this yesterday, amazingly I did it! If someone had told me 5 weeks ago that I’d be running for 20 minutes I would have laughed.

Great programme isn’t it? Hope you managed it ok!

Hey I did it ran for 20 mins without stopping actually enjoyed it. I think it got my pacing spot on made sure I didnt go too fast and managed to pick up pace towards the end. There is no way I could of done this a few weeks back.

hope you managed to do it. I also thought it was a big jump and was a bit daunted. Which meant I didn't run for a few days. But then I did do it. They are right, it's more a mental challenge than a physical one. Just finished 25 mins yesterday
