I haven't run anywhere for about 15 years.

Started using crosstrainer at home and walking 10 miles every other day for 2 weeks.

Starting week 1 of the Cto5K today.

Walking is fab for runners. Do it all the time. It’s amazing how far we can travel by Shank’s pony 💪😃.

There’s no hurry or any need to push on the C25k sessions. Every run should be slow. Take time to read the pinned Tips posted by Iannoda Truffe.
