Tips for week 5 run 3?

Week 5 run 2 done ...... Very proud of myself but.......... 20 mins. So far I have done 1 day running 1 day rest all through. Do you think I will have a better chance of completing week 5 if I have 2 days rest now ?

Hi

I very rarely had 1 days rest. Better off with 2 days rest in between if you are struggling a little. Give it a go 👏👏

Well done on your progress.

You won't lose any condition by having an extra rest day and may feel more rested as a consequence.

W5R3 is a milestone run, because it will be the first time that you have run for twenty minutes in the plan, butthe programme has prepared you for it and it is in fact the shortest workout since W3, as explained in this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
