New to the plan, welcome to C25K and the forum, just follow all the runs and weeks, run slowly, no running on consecutive days, once you have completed run 3 of week 9 you will have graduated and will get the badge which is the word Graduate next to your username. Good luck with your running journey. 😊 🏃🏾
