Hello, welcome to the fold

Have a good read and then you'll see how it's achieved, and you'll begin to believe. There are plenty of newbies here at the moment so you can run together as it were, and compare notes

I finished week 1 yesterday. Have previously completed the whole programme and I massively regret not continuing to run...can't wait to get back to doing 30 mins continuously! X

Not as bad as I thought actually! I'm a bit apprehensive knowing what's coming but I also know I can do it! X

Hi and welcome.... :) We all of us felt like that... :) Well, most of us :)

Follow the programme, take it steady and slow and make sure to take your rest days!

As misswobble says, the Spring has bought out loads of Newbies... it is great fun for lots of you to team up and swap notes.

Loads of support on here and advice too... good luck and keep posting!

welcome, welcome, this is a lovely community.

I remember the first week, it was hard and I couldn't imagine running another 8 weeks, but I got there and you will too.

if you falter, we're here. Oh and a little tip, we never, ever use the word *looks around then whispers* 'failure' here. There's good runs, bad runs and the really bad runs but we never ever 'f-word' ;)

I have just finished week 1. I did 3 runs on a treadmill and 1 outside. That one was harder and made my knees ache but I feel really proud that I did it. Well done, this community is great, it has made me believe I can do it.
