Walking my 5K

Hey thanks for the Couch to 5K send! I’m 64 and was hit with PMR & Diabetes February 2020. Previous to the “hit” I was walking/hiking 8-10 miles 5 days a week. I’ve had to make many adjustments and accommodations to move towards a new normal and new health. I’m no longer a runner/jogger and just walk. I’m building back up but taking my time. I did a 4 mile walk this morning. Felt good but resting for remainder of day. I appreciate your encouragement and nudge towards exercise! Know I’m with you...just walking my 5K!! Thanks! Graces to All!
