Started the plan on Tuesday and reeeeeally struggled with the first run, ultimately felt quite down about how unfit I was afterwards. Had none of that post-run buzz that people talk about whatsoever.
Nearly found a bunch of excuses to bail today but resolved to push through and I felt SUCH an improvement. Kept an eye on my pace and listened to a podcast I was really interested in which helped a lot. Feel a lot better already and can see myself actually seeing this through now!
