So, just completed week 3 after having serious doubts l could do this during week 2! For those still at the early stages and having similar thoughts just keep at it, don't go too fast and you will grow more confident and find you can do this after all! I'm starting Week 4 on Sunday and don't have the same doubts l did before Week 3.

All the best fellow runners!

Hi Alysp. Hope you manage to push through. Some knee strengthening should help and it may be worth investing in a good pair of running shoes if you haven't done already? I've just bought a new pair as the runs get longer

All the best
