Really struggled to get out of the house this morning, felt worried about starting week 2. I hate hot weather and I was worried about it making the run harder.

But I did it! I have a great sweat on and I'm feeling amazing! The last 90 seconds were a struggle (because my route ended on a hill.. d'oh) but I kept on jogging. So proud of myself ๐Ÿ˜€

Kifkaf well done, you've every right to feel proud ๐Ÿ‘ I started my c25k last November it was gloves and hat, I don't do the sun terribly well, I tend to cook like a chipolata on a BBQ ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜ฌ can you get out earlier maybe?

Anyway saying that you did it you ran week2 nowt to worry you just keep on doing what you're doing!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅณ

Well done! Iโ€™m doing W2 R1 tomorrow morning, bright and early while itโ€™s nice and cool outside!! Feeling positive about it. Keep going ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
