I know it's not a lot, but I just completed Week 2 and absolutely smashed it! I'm so proud of myself. I'm barely tired at the end now. Can't wait to start week 3, but it looks like a huge step up! I have chronic fatigue and this app is helping me massively. Fingers crossed I can complete week 3, and eventually graduate!

Well done!! You should feel really proud of yourself.

I did my first week 3 run yesterday and had the same feelings as you. However it wasn't nearly as bad as I pictured in my head. As long as you pace yourself and not run too fast you will smash it.

Well done Lydgr! Don’t worry about a step up on the plan - every run you do is prep for the next one so of course you can do it! Just take it slow, stay hydrated and you’ll smash it!
