W3R2 Felt miserable ☹️ before run

I have postponed run twice and today felt utterly miserable and very tearful due to work and current situation. I went for run this evening and now feel WONDERFUL!! Can’t wait for next run 🏃🏻‍♀️😃

Oh congratulations on getting yourself out there when you didn’t feel like it, I’m so sorry you’ve been feeling so sad but it’s fabulous that you’ve turned it around! Maybe write yourself a note to stick on the fridge or your mirror so that if you feel bad again it will remind you that your run will make you feel better

Thank you 😊 yes I think I shall do just that , running does make you feel better for sure

Running is an amazing support to your mental as well as physical health. There is plenty of evidence that the impact is measurable and real- and you just experienced it.

These times are definitely challenging and sad, we all need all the help we can get :)

Well done. It doesn’t matter if you miss, it’s your pace. Don’t worry yourself if you miss. Try and remind yourself how good you felt after the last run. All the best xx
