W4R1 - oh that felt good!

I was a bit trepidatious about the move up to a five minute run - but put my faith in the plan and it worked! Did deliberately try to make myself go slower so I didn’t scupper my chances and it paid off. It was such a positive experience and has left me feeling good today. Ran just gone 8am and have done a day’s work plus some gardening and feel fine still.

Hope the next run is this positive.

I’m on the same day as you! I was so surprised at mySelf being able to run that much longer already! Well done to you!
