Here is my first without Laura run. I felt really good although I feel like I've run 10K. I didn't walk much at the beginning but stretched instead so it's a bit more of a true 5K. I changed my route completely to one that I couldn't really run at night although it's on an industrial estate so probably could. I also changed my playlist and shuffled it up a bit so all in all I really enjoyed it!
My breathing is much much easier, once I get into a comfortable pace and my anxiety has calmed down a bit! I hate being anxious! It makes my face redder!!! Haha!
Anyway I probably won't keep posting stats until I start to improve but please feel free to have a look at my blog firstname.lastname@example.org where I am going to record all things running and stuff!
