At last, a day that felt good

After struggling for a few weeks to have a post plan run that felt good and left me feeling positive, this morning I had just that. 30 minutes, 3.7k, comfortable and no walking.

And I'm looking forward to Monday.

Yay!

That is what consolidation is all about.

Let's hope the good runs become more frequent. Make sure that most of your runs are at an easy pace.............it will still build stamina and fitness but you are more likely to enjoy it, which is crucial to long term sustainability.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Sounds perfect! I struggled after graduating but things did start to get better eventually. Good luck for Monday.

I did feel a bit lost after graduating. Sticking with the week 9 commentary was odd and "free" running was just too random after the confines of the plan. So it was really good to feel good about this one.

Consolidation is the name of the game:)

Don't neglect your strength and stamina exercises on rest days either... your body has to keep up with your legs... Find your happy pace and just get carried forward:)

Brilliant! Well done you!

I was well into the principle of consolidating - it was the running mojo that was eluding me.
