Hi, I’m a newbie to this site, I’m almost 50 and have just started running for the first time ever! I’m following the app but just wanted a quick bit of advice. I’ve been running every other day and resting on the non running day - is that ok or will it do damage in the long run? Should I only do 3 runs per week even if I feel ok? Any advice welcome!

Good point lolllllaaaaa I started back in November 19 and ran Monday Wednesday and Friday then rested Saturday and Sunday, but as long as you rest between runs, you should be ok, just rest longer if you need to, and stay hydrated
Thank you! I have been resting for a day in between each run which has worked well so far but I wanted to double check as the weeks get harder!
