I should’ve really had a rest day today, but I wanted to see if I could do this run & I smashed it!!!! Although is it normal to dread the shorter runs (3mins this week) compared to the 5 min ones? I feel like I can cope better the longer I run, and feel more achy when I do the shorter ones and keep stopping? Or am I getting too ahead of myself? My calves ache!! I’m defo having a rest day tomorrow!! 🌞

Nice one! I told you you could do it. But do have a break. You will tire yourself out and you risk injury if you go too fast. Remember, there’s no rush. Well done though!👏👏👏👏

Well done - sounds like you're doing great! However, be careful - you shouldn't run on consecutive days as your body needs time to repair after each run.
