Legs a little heavy but managed 30mins and although only 2mins more than W8 felt quite hard. However, it feels so good. My friend restarted the programme and is at W5 feeling very pleased with herself. Feels good to have now promoted 2 friends to take it up 👏 👍 😇

Awesome news! Well done. Isn't it amazing how just those 2 minutes extra felt? But you've done it once, you can definitely do it again - your body can run those legs for 30mins!

Well done and what a lovely place to run. Enjoy your next couple of runs, not long now!

Yes interesting when friends say what do get from doing it. Quite hard to explain that feeling if well being and up for the day👍

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Yes I am not good at hydrating fully on the rest days but really trying to up it now 👍
