I live in a lovely place but it’s all hills. Trying to find a flat run round here is impossible. Not sure how I’m going to manage next week as this one is killing me on up hill bits.

I am also W3R2 and have exactly the same problem. I spent a lot of time trying to find a flattish run for the 1st run of week 3 but then realised I’d have to go back and forwards to do it again and I’m not sure if I can stand the boredom of that. May have to suck up the hills and just go even slower! (But running flat did make it much easier especially on the 3 mins bits) .
I have the same problem, at the beginning I tried everything to get around it but then I realised I never really have to do Hill training and when I do my events even if they have hills I am prepared for them. You adjust to them the longer you run and become a stronger runner from them. In the beginning just slow right down for the hills and take them slow and steady, it will really make your legs stronger. Embrace the hills 😀, you will be fitter and stronger for it. Happy running.
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

if you can't manage to run all the way up a hill, just turn around and head back down...........it mucks up route planning but it keeps you moving. Next time you see if you can get just a bit further up the hill.
Enjoy your journey.
