I completed C25K last year but then let things slide over the winter.
I quickly gained half a stone, so with the onset of Spring, home working, and now staycation, I decided to start again.
I went back to week 1 thinking it would be easy peasy. What a shock!
The difference second time round though, was that I knew I could do it if I kept at it, and that’s what I’ve been doing.
I completed Week 5 Run 2 today. I slowed it right down so that I wasn’t puffing and panting and I am starting to enjoy running during the run rather than wishing it was over. One I finished the run, I continued walking and did over 10k altogether.
So all newbies, just keep plugging away and you too will surprise yourself.

Congratulations on restarting C25K, second time round as you have proved isn't always easier than the first time, at least you know what run 3 of week 5 involves, good luck for that. 😊 🏃🏾
