Couch to 5k with kids

Morning has any one done couch to 5k with their kids? Any advice?

If all running together you will need to go at the pace of the slowest, unless the faster ones loop round.

Yes I started this week with my 14 year old son and the dog... hoping the morale support altho a little begrudgingly will help me and also help him with his own fitness. Bad habits hes learnt from me being a single parent havent helped over the years. Looking to put it right.

Im a single mum of 3. I’m running with my 16 yr old, I don’t see her for dust, she sets the timer on her phone so that she knows when to stop. Then she walks back to me! Great thing to do together, just wish my 20 yr old would join us but she ‘doesn’t do exercise’ cue rolling of eyes 😂
