Well not the 5k but the 2nd run on week 1.
I did ALL the 60second runs and then a few extra on the way home which for me is a huge achievement, especially after my "slow slow start" .

Well done on completing your second run of the first week. C25k is a brilliant plan and it really works. Stick with it, follow all the guidance, suggestions and advice from the fellow forum members and you can't go wrong. Enjoy! ππββοΈ
Brilliant! Sounds like you're flying now. But do follow the plan to the letter - it really really works. There are a few posts on here of people who have gotten over enthusiastic and ended up pulling muscles etc. It doesn't take long to ramp up the running time. Good luck and keep posting!!
