Left the house at 6.15 this morning after a rainy day/night to misty lane but then just cleared listened to the birds thinking I’ve made it w8 done! Running just makes me appreciate how lucky I am to be able to do this. Looking forward to 3 more runs then thinking how to make sure I keep up running hopefully at least twice a week in the future. 👍👏🌞
