Just about to start my 5 minute warm down and the heavens opened! And how. Before I left I found myself thinking 'I need to go for a run to clear my mind' not 'let's do w8r3 then'. There is no hope.

As long as the rain isn't freezing cold or really bouncing down I actually love running in rain, or drizzle. It's so cooling and refreshing. The other day I was near the end of my run, near enough dying as usual and it started drizzling and it was the nicest feeling, completely picked me up
It was proper rain but very refreshing...
