For a couple of weeks I’ve just been aiming for 1.5 miles as running non stop for 25 minutes felt too hard. It’s been the first time I’ve had to repeat runs so many times. Running on my own since lockdown has made it more difficult for me to keep my pace down so I’ve been running faster but not able to keep up endurance. Finally, last night I felt more focused and tried a really slow pace. I did it!! I think running on an evening when it is cooler agrees with me too.
Anyone else feel like they’re running so slow to finish a run? W7 will give me the opportunity to improve I guess.

Well done, yes as the runs got longer we went slower so we could make the time and then eventually what felt really slow was faster than our first few weeks
