Completed first run of week 2! Managed every run, only downside was that the walks in between the last few runs were not exactly brisk.... more like a crawl😂😂 but still feeling good 😃

From a health perspective, speed really means nothing other than a means for managing your heart rate. Once you hit your distance goals (how fast or slow doesn't matter!) you can work to increase speed if you want. Keep at it!

Well done on completing run 1 of week 2, you don't need to walk too fast between the runs.
