90 seconds 😱 went too fast on first run and didn't finish but paced myself for the others and made it 😁 really enjoyed the last run of the session

Pacing and racing off is a common mistake Alice in the P.....ssssssslow it down it's not a race πŸ‘ well done though your next run just remember ssssssslow

Well done. I did W2R1 as well this morning, enjoyed it. Think I preferred the 90 sec run to 2 min walk timings for this week.
