Pacing and racing off is a common mistake Alice in the P.....ssssssslow it down it's not a race 👍 well done though your next run just remember ssssssslow
Hi .started my first week.i found it good managed day 1. But I did 2 5min brisk walk lol
Well done on your run AlicelnThePalace slow down and hydration and relax and rest days trust the plan and you will be fine happy running 👍
Well done. I did W2R1 as well this morning, enjoyed it. Think I preferred the 90 sec run to 2 min walk timings for this week.
