So actually started ... so tough but glad I saw it through to the end!!!
I am running on grass and although I knew we lived on a hill running/and even the recovery walks up it were so tough. It felt like the warm up walk took me to the bottom of the hill so the run was all uphill home!! I’m hoping the terrain won’t put me off and I can keep going. Or as the roads are quieter at the moment I can do some runs on the road?

As you've started on grass paths I would stick with that - running on roads is faster but starting your running journey on soft surfaces will be so much easier on your joints, particularly knees. Well done!
