W2 Done! Phew!

Finished the third run of week 2 this morning, now about to do an online yoga class as I'm a glutton for punishment!! This morning's run was much easier in the cooler weather, I managed to find my breath. There's a thing, how do you learn to run and breath - feels like if I crack that, I could run further, but I get out of puff really easily! I'm worried about the 3 minute runs in week 3!

Wow well done, we all breathe deeper and puff but if it’s really uncomfortable then slow down, we all learn to slow right down as we build stamina then speed up naturally later on

You could try what I do, I breathe in for a count of 4, but only breathe out for a count of 3. It takes a bit of concentration but it can help.
