Following run one had a niggle in my knee so an extra day resting before the run today. Completed and fairly happy with out it went, keep remembering the time when suddenly it all clicks into place. Will be posting in capital letters that day 😂. Happy Easter.

Very sensible to take an extra rest day Shwood.
