Hi all,
It's currently 20 degrees C in the North of England, which is HOT for where I live. My partner who is an experienced runner said I wouldn't need to take water with me on my run as it's a relatively short duration, but I'm not sure about that because we're clearly at very different levels of fitness so 20mins is a lot for me. And I really overheated on my run and started to feel a bit nauseous.
Anyone have any tips for running in hot weather?
