This is my first post - I'm a complete newbie to running but I love the way the couch to 5k program builds you up slowly but still challenges you week on week.
Just had a crack at week 4 having completed weeks 1-3. I managed the first 3 runs of the session ok, but couldn't manage the full 5 mins on the last run. Was thinking about dropping back to week 3, but I've seen loads of posts with people encouraging others to just keep going, so I'll keep at it!
