Should have finished last week but due to work commitments I haven’t been able to run for 9 days but was determined to complete the programme and I did!! Absolutely delighted and so proud of what I’ve achieved. Although a sprinter and high jumper at school I could never run any distance. I haven’t done any exercise since those days so starting at age 50 on this programme was quite a task but I really loved it. This app has kept me going through the days when I couldn’t run so anyone who has any doubts, just do what Sarah tells you and you will come out the other end a winner!
