Completed WK9R3 this morning and with it C25k!!!!!!
When I decided to try running I thought that I would be able to run 1 or 2 miles and within a month or two I would manage 5 miles. What an old fool I was, on my first try I managed about 100yds. Then I found C25k and can now run for 30min!!!!! If you stick with it, the program really does work. It hasn't given me a buzz for running, I find it hard (although I did enjoy today's run) but I did get a buzz from completing each run and each week of the program. C25k is a stepping stone along the path I have set myself so after a few consolidation weeks I will move on to B210k

Thereβs no fool like an old fool, and youβre no fool... congratulations. Have fun (you will, you know you will) with consolidation and good luck with b210k
Congratulations - Brilliant achievement - Iβm doing my final run in the morning - I feel the same as you - I donβt enjoy running , but Iβm amazed that Iβve been able to run for half an hour- thanks to C25k-albeit very slowly due to a dodgy knee, which threatens to give way every run, but it hasnβt stopped me yet! Roll on tomorrow morning!
