Graduated - at last !

Some of you will know it’s been a difficult week. My last run was meant for wed but was away from home so planned it for tomo- sat.

Woke up early and decided to get up and out there.

Completed but have no real sense of achievement, excitement or happiness. Think that’s prob due to events of the last days- maybe that’ll come later .

To my lovely friends who have recently graduated or are about to- thank you, thank you ,thank you. Your support has meant the world to me. You’ve made me smile and laugh a lot. I’ve been mentally scarred from some photos ( you know who you are!!) but have loved the support.

Huge thanks must also go to our amazing coaches - what amazing support. We’re all very lucky .

Not sure what the future hold for me and running at the moment . It’s been a blast dear friends- love you all xxx

Thank you for your lovely message. The run took my mind off events of the week so that was good. It’s sinking in now that I’ve done it! Almost want to go out now and do it again- mind you running on gin probably isn’t recommended!😂😘

Sending some hugs as it sounds like you need them. You can't rush the healing, but running gives you a space to process your thoughts and feelings, and even to have a bit of a break from them - which can feel like such a relief and makes them more bearable when they return xxx
