Started my second C25K last week having made it last year but then faded away. I did a practice run and reckoned I would start on week 4. Finished week 5 today with a 20 min run. Amazed I did it. Good to be back. 😎 Stick at it everyone. I am using a running machine so next step the great outdoors...while social distancing of course.
