Jumped out of bed for my Saturday run, off I went on W3R1. Wasn't until I got home my wife pointed out it was still Friday... I didn't even remember I finished W2 yesterday.. Not only that the C25K app crashed on the last 3 min section (second time it has done this on the last stage) and I ran longer than 3 mins by my watch... And the watch is in my bad books as well, it paused recording at some point so didn't record stats either...

Saying that, I didn't feel too bad at the end even with going further, but as Friday is usually my extra rest day, I can have all of Saturday off instead. Now where's that gin...
