That was hard, the jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes was quite hard. The first 3 minutes ๐โโ๏ธ, I was not able to complete fully. But I did the second 3 minutes ๐โโ๏ธ in full. But it was tough. This was not pretty, but I am proud that I did it. Just Wow ๐ฎ

Well done Sandra - in the early stages, I found walking for ten minutes (instead of five) at the start helped me through. Give that a go for your next run and hopefully all will go well.

Make sure that you repeat any session that you don't fully complete, after a rest day.
There is no point moving on until you have fully completed all prior workouts.
