Well thankfully my husband used to be in the forces and likes to keep fit, much younger than me I hasten to add, so we have a treadmill in the house. Now working from home for the foreseeable future I thought I would give this running lark a go and a friend of mine told me about C25K. Well week one down and no heart attack as yet!!! Actually got up at 6.15 this morning and was on the thing by 6.30 too, go me! 50 this year have a big party planned let us hope it can still go ahead and as no one will have seen me for months all their mouths drop to the floor!
