I have not been on the forum for few days and realise that I have missed a few posts plus Oldfloss had a big birthday , happy belated birthday Flossππ
So why this post?
Well this is day 6 of my self isolation due to a cough, and I have just had my swab results back confirming what I thought. Covid-19!
I am going to thank running for having me in my best shape ever to deal with this.
So far I feel okay, I don't think I have had the worst symptoms, certainly it could be worse. I'm missing running, and I am fed up in the small area of the house that I have allowed myself into, but again this could worse.
I think in my line of work it was bound to happen, a couple of my colleagues are also positive....
Please keep safe yourselves and keep your social distancing.

Seeeee sometimes us hubbies are quite wise π€« Mrs Wife is quite at the sharp end like yourself she's a HCA but I guess she's close enough to permit worrying about.
Eeeeeeeek don't mention the hand washing my hands are in bits with constant Washing π Mrs Wife came home the other day and needed to vent ....... About having to teach a consultant how to wash his hands properly!!!!
Thank you AliHC , I think you are right about baseline fitness coming into this. I have just heard today that 2 of my colleagues have also tested positive, and both seem to be experiencing some degree of breathing difficulties.
Worrying times indeed, thank you for your kindness π
