Finally think that I have found a pace during a run for once this morning. Since every day I have been sprinting to start and burning myself out. This time I naturally weld slower but felt faster and more comfortable than all of the previous runs. Wish me look on my next run, I just saw the routine and I am seriously doubting myself!

Good luck 😉

You will be fine. The programme designers want you to succeed. They stretch you but not to breaking point. Good luck!

You've done well to find your pace, so stick with it. Most of us when looking ahead, probably had a little doubt in our minds, the key just to make sure you keep pulling on those running shoes and give it a go.
Remember, you can always redo a run if you were not happy or comfortable. You can repeat a whole week if you want to spend a bit more time getting your confidence up. Nobody on here will ever judge you, just encourage to keep going.

That’s the way....slow & steady, finding your comfortable pace & sticking with it....don’t overthink your runs, you can do this, I promise 😉
I did W3R1 yesterday and it was my best session so far. It's 7 minutes shorter than the W2 sessions and just flew by. It was the first time in 14 years of trying to learn how to run that I actually enjoyed it.
My secret weapon was listening to amazing African music, which totally took my mind off the length of the running intervals as well as giving a good beat to run to. If you can find something to listen to that captivates you, then the 1.5 and 1 minute to go announcements will come as a pleasant surprise rather than something you are desperately waiting for.
Best of luck
