Well done on getting back out - I’ve been too busy in work to run last few weeks, early starts and late finishes, and am gaining weight too - I need to try to get at least 1 run in a week for now and possibly maintain at the week I am if I’m not able to progress.

I feel your pain hyacinth! I’m in the same boat and am really trying to keep reminding myself not to head for the treats tin when I’m not doing the exercise to work it off! I’m now going to try and have a drink of water every time I find myself reaching for a biscuit and see if I can avoid putting on any more pounds- we’ve worked too hard to lose weight to sabotage it now! Good luck!

That sounds like a good idea. Too much wine and hot cross buns this last week didn’t help. 😆
