After my post the other day about being anxious when out running I took the advice I was given and just would like to say thank you!
I went out at 7.30pm instead of in the afternoon and managed a really good 20 minutes without feeling stressed at all. I only saw a handful of people and those I passed I crossed over for and they even said thank you.
I suppose as the nights get lighter I may have to run later and later but if I get out for 20 minutes 3 times a week I’ll be more than happy 😀
