Yay managed first run of week 9 yesterday. Today decided to walk the route to see if I run faster than walking! Pleasantly surprised to say the walk took 40 minutes and got to say I would rather run it than walk it! π Not sure of the distance I travel so I might have to treat myself to a tracker/smart watch soon but it's great not knowing too!
Keep running, smiling and stay safe everyone!

Great job out there... and I really think not knowing those stats during the plan is a bonus. Youβre running 30 minutes... a Garmin could tell you that... Apple Watch could tell you that... but you already know!
The time will come when you feel the need to treat yourself... or the real need to know e stats arrives... but for now itβs about what a run does for you.
You're right. When I complete another run it's a great sense of achievement. I read others stats on the same week as me and just wonder how mine would read but for now completing the final 2 is huge π
Congratulations on almost completing C25K, good luck for your graduation run, I don't always use tech for my runs, however, when I do I usually run a 5K in around 33 minutes, I have walked that same route in 55 minutes, cycled it in 17 minutes, there are some bends so I have to slow down a little while on the bike. Just the other day a lady saw me walking, she asked me, "are you not running today? " I answered back, 'tomorrow' just proves that people do notice us runners when outside.
