So pleased with myself. My knees are still feeling a bit dodgy but I’m going to leave it 2 days before week3 and start the Strength and flex programme along with the knee exercises. I’ve not exercised really for years but I’m enjoying the sense of achievement this is giving me. My resting heart rate is also coming down and I definitely wasn’t as out of breath this morning

Well done on completing week 2! An extra rest day here and there is such a good idea, I gave myself extra rest days which meant I enjoyed the programme instead of feeling bound by it. Good luck with week 3 😁
