So having had a long break break due to injury and then illness I have finally got to the point when I can start again, did a very light jog/ walk on Tuesday the first for 3 months and then Wednesday told we must isolate for 14 days because a family member who we are caring for has tested positive for Covid 19.

All being good 15th April after a good rest and Covid free of course I will be back out again, this has really highlighted how this had become part of my life.

All those isolating keep safe all those not keep distancing when out.
