Morning everyone, hope you are all well and staying safe. I got up this morning to start week 9 run 1 (eeek!!) and when I put my foot down ouch! I have pain on the outside of my foot and in the arch. Had a wee google and I think it is plantar fasciitis. I did have this years ago and had the inserts in my shoe etc but this feels like a different pain. I was standing outside last night clapping for the fabulous NHS staff in flimsy slippers and my feet were freezing and I am blaming this π₯Ί
I guess a few days of rest is in order, I so wanted to graduate this week though.

Sorry to hear that. Found myself in the same boat this morning when due to complete W8,R3. A pain on the outside of my right foot - nearer the heel. Can hardly put my foot down, let alone run. Will rest it and see what happens.
I share your frustration. Good luck with the recovery. Let me know how it goes.
Sorry to hear about your foot. But you are definitely doing the right thing (and clapping the NHS of course). Better to graduate healthy than limp over the line. Take care. Happy running when better. ππ
It does sound like PF, i think that you can put a bottle of water in the freezer and then roll your foot over it plus resting
