I love the way, however I feel before I start the run, I always feel better when I’ve done it! It’s not only because I’m proud of myself for doing it it’s the fresh air and just being out doing something positive, especially at the moment! 😊

I completely understand what you mean. I also find I have more energy after a run too! I just want to do things after a run and not just sit on the sofa 😉
Well done!! Such a great feeling. I also did my w3r1 today. Didn’t stop and was chuffed to bits. Quite looking forward to doing it again. It was a bit tough on the last 5 mins but it passed by quickly
Hello! Great to have someone else at the same stage! It’s so good to be already almost a third of the way through let’s keep going and we will soon join the ranks of the graduates, fitter and stronger 😄
Oh I’m not going to lie I’ve not had the best week tbh, working from home living alone is a challenge for sure! Thank you for asking 😊
I’m trying to remember to count my blessings, I have some great friends to talk to (albeit virtually) and I’m lucky I have a garden so can wander around outside! But the absolute best thing is having this challenge and the support of all you lovely people, giving me a goal and keeping my lazy bum off the sofa at the end of the day 😊
Just ignore my last post!! I just realised I did w4r1 yesterday! Further along than I thought! But well done again, I think I found week 3 much nicer and I enjoyed those runs. My brain isn’t working properly with all going on lately 😂😂
