Im on week 7 run 3 tomorrow, and I'm loving this running milarky, absolutly loving it. Not bad for a 61 year old that's never run in her life, lol. Feel SO much fitter, my fit bit informs me that my heart rate has gone down from 155 to 128 on the full runs, must admit I'm quite chuffed. But what happens when I've done week 9, I'm so used to Sarah telling me what and when, I will feel lost... just keep repeating the last run? Increase the time? Or concentrate on picking up the speed? Is there another section I can continue with?

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, after you graduate run a few 30 minutes consolidation runs, after that you can go on to the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura or go to the Bridge 210K podcasts if you wish to run a 10K.
